Conditions to book
This document reflects the reservation conditions. The document can be modified so that at the time of booking or buying the client must read it carefully and accept the conditions before confirming the reservation.
You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to make reservations or purchases. In case of making the reservation for a company, you must also provide the company's tax information and have authorization to manage reservations and payments.

We remind you that the data provided for the consultation of information, management of reservations and other purchases that may be made on this website must be real and correspond to the person who performs the management, consultation or purchase.
What data should I provide?
- Name, address, telephone, email of the person making the reservation. In the case of representing a company in notes, you must add Name, address, contact telephone number, company email and tax information for the management and issuance of invoices.

In addition, in case of reservation of the accommodation, the client must inform the reception of the accommodation details of all the occupants: name, surname and a legal identity document in Spanish territory and in force.

If the reservation was made by phone or email, the client will receive an account number where they must make the deposit or a payment link where they can complete the purchase with a credit or debit card.
Long Beach Surf School has the right to confirm the payment of the reservation before confirming the reservation to the client, as well as to consult before and during the client's stay in the accommodation that the payment has not been modified (for payment cancellations, transfers , etc.) reserving the right to cancel the reservation or stay.
When is the reservation effective?

This email will serve as proof of your reservation.
Reservation cancellation policy
Cancellation is free up to 20 calendar days before the date of entry.
If you cancel within 20 days before the date of entry, you will be charged the amount of the reservation made.
In the event that the guest does not show up on the indicated date of entry, the full amount of his stay may be charged.

In case of restrictions applied by Covid19 the dates may be changed according to availability.
